Got-to applications:

• Spray the heart chakra, at the center of the chest, and the nape of the neck, both sides. Take a deep inhale and exhale.
• To connect with source energy and activate the heart chakra: spray elixir into the palm of your hands, then rub hands vigorously together to activate connection to source energy. Place hands together in prayer position over the heart, and take a deep breath, or three ;) .
• To align all chakras: first, spray the root chakra, then with the fingertips, ligthly massage in a circular motion (right to left) while taking take a deep breath. Move to the sacral chakra with the same method, followed by the solar plexus, heart, throat, 3rd eye, and finishing with the crown chakra.
